Job Description
1. Maintenance of all medical equipment in a Hospital.
2. Installation, choice of equipment, development of working procedure.
3. Proper arrangement of demonstration of medical equipment for the doctors, nursing stuff and technician.
4. Coordination between doctor and Hospital management regarding medical equipment.
5. First line of servicing at the time of emergency.
6. Vendor negotiation, cost control, price negotiation of a new purchase of equipment.
7. Safety measures to be appraised to the technician of the equipment.
8. Judging the vendor,s given quotation
9. Performing of Calibration and Preventive measures of the equipment.
10. Documentation of service reports, and utilization of medical equipment.
