Job Description
Designation- Customer Service Engineer.
Candidate should have experience of servicing the Diagnostic Imaging Equipments like MRI , Nuclear Medicine Equipment and PET (Positron Emission Tomography) equipments.
Resolution of day to day Customer Complaints and escalation of unresolved complaints to Technical Department.
Prioritize time to meet service needs and insure our goals are met or exceeded.
Adhere and comply with all quality standards and regulations.
Desired Profile
Persons should have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Should have excellent Organizational Skills.
Excellent knowledge of servicing the equipment like MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) , Nuclear Medicine Equipments and PET Units
Representing the company a trade association meetings to promote product and Company.
