Ph D in Interdisciplinary Programs: Chemical Biology, Mathematical Sciences, Nanoengineering for Integrated Systems, Nanoscience & Nanotechnology.
ELIGIBILITY
Applicants possessing minimum second class in the following are eligible to apply:
(1) Bachelor’s or Master's degree in an appropriate field of Engineering/Technology/Architecture; or Master’s degree in Science in an appropriate field/Agriculture/Biotechnology, Architecture; or MBBS; or M Pharma; or M V Sc, or Master’s degree in German Language; or in Economics, Geography, Social Work, Psychology, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science/ Application as applicable to the respective departments.
Qualifying in one of the following appropriate Tests (with validity as on 1st of August 2010) is mandatory for the candidates applying for Ph D in Science, Interdisciplinary programs and M Sc(Engg): CSIR-UGC NET for JRF; or UGC-NET for JRF; or DBT JRF or ICMR JRF; or JEST; or NBHM; or IISc Entrance Test; or GATE. This is not applicable to the candidates who possess a Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology/ Management (post BE/B Tech) who wish to apply for a Ph D in Engineering.
IISc Entrance Test is conducted in Atmospheric Sciences, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Ecological Sciences, Mathematics, Management Studies, Materials Science.
(2) Candidates with BE / B Tech or equivalent degree who may not have qualified in any of the above mentioned National Entrance Tests will also be considered for the Ph D program in Engineering. Short listing for interview of such candidates is based on their academic performance in the qualifying degree (upto 3rd year in BE / B Tech), and their performance in 10th and 12th /PUC examinations.
(ii) COURSE PROGRAM [ME/ M Tech/M Des]


(a) ME in Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Microelectronics, Signal Processing, Systems Science & Automation, and Telecommunication Engineering.


ELIGIBILITY


Minimum second class in Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of Engineering/ Technology; or Post B Sc AMIE or equivalent degree in Engineering with valid GATE score.


Selection is based on valid GATE score only.


(b) M Tech in Electronics Design & Technology, Computational Science, Climate Science, Transportation & Infrastructure Engineering and Instrumentation.


ELIGIBILITY


Minimum second class in the qualifying examination with valid GATE score.


(1) Electronics Design and Technology: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology with Electronics as one of the subjects of study; or Post B Sc AMIE or equivalent in Engineering; or Master's degree in Physics (with Electronics as special subject) and 2 years experience in Electronics hardware.
(2) Computational Science: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology; or Master’s in Computer Application, or Master's degree in Science (strong mathematical and programming background is required).
(3) Climate Science: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology; or Master's degree in Physical Sciences.
(4) Transportation & Infrastructure Engineering: Bachelor's degree in Engineering /Technology; or Master's degree in Science (with a background in Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Geology).
(5) Instrumentation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology in Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation/Electronics; or Master's degree in Science with specialization in Instrumentation/Electronics.


Selection for (1), (2) , (3) and (4) is based on an aptitude test and interview subsequent to short-listing based on valid GATE score and for (5) based on valid GATE score only.


(c) M DES in Product Design & Engineering


ELIGIBILITY
Minimum second class at Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Design / Architecture or Post B Sc AMIE or equivalent degree in Engineering including Architecture with valid GATE/CEED scores.
Selection is based on a Design Aptitude Test and interview subsequent to short-listing based on valid GATE / CEED scores.


(iii) INTEGRATED Ph D PROGRAM


(1) Biological, (2) Chemical, (3) Physical and (4) Mathematical Sciences


ELIGIBILITY
First-class in B Sc degree under 10+2+3 years system as indicated below for the various disciplines.
Biological Sciences: B Sc degree or equivalent in Physical, Chemical or Biological Sciences (including Pharmaceutical, Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences).
Chemical Sciences: B Sc degree or equivalent with Chemistry as one of the main subjects associated with Mathematics at PUC (Plus 2) level.
Physical Sciences: B Sc degree or equivalent with Physics as a main subject.
Mathematical Sciences: B. Sc degree or equivalent with Mathematics as one of the subjects or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology.
All the candidates should qualify in IISc Entrance Test scheduled for 25th April 2010. The short-listing of candidates for interview is based on performance in the IISc Entrance Test.


(iv) EXTERNAL REGISTRATION PROGRAM (Ph D only)


It is a Sponsored Research program for working professionals from (1) R&D Organizations/Industries and (2) for Faculty members from Engineering, Agricultural, Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, Medical Colleges/ Universities, recognized by the appropriate government agencies.


Ph D in Science: All the Science departments as indicated in (i) except High Energy Physics and Solid State & Structural Chemistry.


Ph D in Engineering: All the Engineering departments as indicated in (i).


ELIGIBILITY


Qualifications remain the same as for the regular candidates. Apart from that the candidates should have two years of continuous service in a permanent position in the current organisation • Age: NOT higher than 40 years as on 01.04.2010.


Desirable: Qualifying in one of the tests;IISc Entrance Test,CSIR-UGC NET for JRF,UGC-NET for JRF, DBT JRF,ICMR JRF, GATE,NBHM, etc.


Selection is based on individual’s performance in the interview to be conducted at the IISc.


Reservation for SC/ST/Physically-Handicapped(PH) and Kashmiri-Migrant(KM) candidates: As
per the Government of India regulations. (Grade/Class of qualifying examination is relaxed to a “pass class” for SC/ST candidates).


Scholarships: All the regular students who join the Institute are eligible for IISc scholarship / fellowship from CSIR/ UGC/ ICMR/ MHRD/ AICTE/ NBHM/ as the case may be. HOW TO APPLY


The Application Forms for Research, Course and Integrated Ph D programs may be obtained by any of the following three methods:
(1) Against a cash payment of Rs.700/- from select CANARA BANK Branches$ .
(2) Send your request for application form with 2 address slips (stickers), and a demand draft for Rs.700/- for general category (Rs.350/- for SC/ST/PH categories, along with a copy of an appropriate certificate) to the Deputy Registrar (Academic), Admissions Unit, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore 560 012. The DD must be drawn in favour of “Registrar, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore”.
(3) Online application – Online submission of application may be made by accessing the IISc website www.iisc.ernet.in/admissions w.e.f. 08.02.2010. Online application fee is Rs.600/- for general category and Rs.300/- for SC/ST/PH categories.
For External Registration Program - Candidates should write to the Deputy Registrar (Academic), Admissions Unit, IISc, Bangalore - 560 012, enclosing a DD for Rs.1500/- drawn in favour of “Registrar, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore”.


Submission of Application Forms


Filled-in off-line and online application forms(hard copy) should reach the Deputy Registrar (Academic), Admissions Unit, IISc, Bangalore-560012 on or before 22.03.2010.

1. CSIR will hold the Joint CSIR-UGC JRF NET Test on 20th June 2010 for determining the eligibility of the Indian National candidates for the award of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) NET and for determining eligibility for appointment of Lecturers (NET) in certain subject areas falling under the faculty of Science. The award of Junior Research Fellowship (NET) to the successful eligible candidates will depend on their finding admission/placement in a university/ national laboratory/ institution of higher learning and research, as applicable.


1.1 A candidate may apply either for ‘JRF + Lectureship’ both or for ‘Lectureship (LS) only’ He/she may indicate his/her preference in the O.M.R Application Form/Online Application, as the case may be. CSIR may consider candidates applying for ‘JRF + LS’ for ‘Lectureship only” depending on number of fellowships available& performance in the test subject to the condition that they fulfill the laid down eligibility criterion. If a candidate is found to be over-age for JRF (NET) he/she will automatically be considered for Lectureship (NET) only.


1.2 Two separate merit lists, one comprising the candidates qualifying for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF - NET) and the second, of those candidates qualifying the Eligibility Test for Lectureship (NET), will be made on the basis of their performance in the above Test. Candidates qualifying for JRF (NET), will also be eligible for Lectureship (NET). The candidates qualifying for Lectureship will be eligible for recruitment as Lecturers as well as for JRF-ship in a Scheme/Project, if otherwise suitable as per the eligibility criteria of that Scheme/Project. However, they will not be eligible for Regular JRF-NET Fellowship. They will be eligible to pursue Ph.D. programme with or without any fellowship other than JRF-NET. Candidates qualifying for the award of JRF (NET) will receive fellowship either from CSIR or UGC as per their assignment or from the Schemes with which they may find association. The candidates declared eligible for Junior Research Fellowship under UGC scheme will be governed by UGC rules/regulations in this regard.
1.3 The final result of this test may be declared sometime in the month of October 2010 and fellowship to successful candidates could be awarded from 01.01. 2011.


2.1 SUBJECTS OF THE for CSIR-UGC JRF NET TEST


The Test will be held in the subjects as given under:
1. Chemical Sciences,
2. Earth Atmospheric Ocean and Planetary Sciences
3. Life Sciences
4. Mathematical Sciences
5. Physical Sciences


2.2 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION for CSIR JRF NET


M.Sc. or Equivalent degree under the subjects mentioned in para 2.1 above, with minimum 55% marks for General & OBC candidates; 50% for SC/ST candidates, Physically and Visually Handicapped candidates and Ph.D. degree holders who had passed Master's degree prior to 19th September 1991.
A candidate can also apply for the Test under RA (Result Awaited) category, if he/she is appearing or has appeared in his/her final year (Last Semester where Semester system is there) of M.Sc. OR equivalent Degree


2.3 AGE LIMIT& RELAXATION


For JRF (NET): Minimum 19 Years and maximum 28 years as on 01-01-2010 (upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years as in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC(Non Creamy Layer), Physically handicapped/Visually handicapped and female applicants).
For LS (NET): Minimum 19 years, as on 01.01.2010. No upper age limit.


3. DATE AND SCHEME OF THE for CSIR-UGC JRF TEST


3.1 The Test will be held in two sessions on Sunday, the 20th June 2010. The scheme of Examination as under: -

Negative marking will be made for wrong answers in Paper I. Paper II will be evaluated only in case of those candidates who will be able to secure a minimum of such aggregate marks in Paper- I as may be fixed by the CSIR.


Candidates are required to appear in both the papers. A candidate who does not appear in Paper I will not be permitted to appear in Paper II.

The Test Booklet for this test will be printed in Hindi & English Version separately. The candidate opting for Hindi medium in Column No. 5 of Application Form, will be supplied Question Booklet/Test Booklet printed in Hindi Version only and Candidate opting for English medium, will be supplied Question Booklet/Test Booklet printed in English Version only. The candidate will be required to answer as per option exercised in Column No.5 of application Form.


3.2 SYLLABUS OF THE TEST for CSIR-UGC JRF NET June 2010


Syllabus of Paper I (Section A), subject-wise syllabus of Paper I (Section B) and Paper II is given in the Information Bulletin for this test and may also be seen at CSIR website: www.csirhrdg.res.in.


4. EXAMINATION CENTRES for CSIR-UGC JRF NET June 2010


The test will be held at 25 Centres spread all over India, as specified below: Bangalore, Bhavnagar, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jammu, Jamshedpur, Karaikudi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Nagpur, Pilani, Pune, Raipur Roorkee, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Udaipur and Varanasi.


A candidate may opt for any of the above centres. No request for change of centre would ordinarily be granted. However, a request in writing for change of Centre may be entertained on merits, if received in this unit latest by 12.04.2010.


5. HOW TO APPLY CSIR-UGC JRF NET June 2010:


5.1. OPTION-I : APPLY THROUGH ‘INFORMATION BULLETIN’:


5.1.1. BY HAND:

Candidates applying for the Test may obtain the Information Bulletin and Application forms (inclusive of fee payable) through the branches of the Bank notified below in para 5.4 (within the prescribed dates) by paying the following fee in cash:

5.1.2. BY POST:


The information Bulletin and Application form may also be obtained through Value Payable Post(V.P.P.) from the Indian Bank, 3/1, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi - 110 008, by sending a crossed Demand draft for Rs. 400/-, Rs. 200/- or Rs.100/-(as the case may be) drawn in favour of “Indian Bank, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi” payable at New Delhi. For this purpose, the candidate should send a request to the Bank with TWO self-addressed slips clearly mentioning the address at which he/she desires the Information Bulletin & Application Form to be sent by Value Payable Post (V.P.P.) As above mentioned Bank will entertain the request for forms through post from Tuesday, the 16th February, 2010 to Wednesday, the 10th March 2010 only, hence, candidates are advised to send well in advance so as to reach their request within the above said period. The candidate should write his/her name, Date Of Birth, address, date of Examination (20.06.2010) and subject code on the back of the Demand Draft so that it can be located easily, if it gets detached accidentally from the letter of request for supply of Information Bulletin.


However, before attaching the draft with letter of request, the candidates should check that it bears the code number of the issuing bank and drawee bank and also amount and signatures of issuing authority.


5.2. OPTION-II : APPLY THROUGH ONLINE APPLICATION:


Interested & eligible candidates may apply for this test Online through a link available at CSIR, HRDG website : www.csirhrdg.res.in In order to apply Online the candidates are required to download Bank challan Performa from the above website and then deposit the requisite examination fee in any of the Indian Bank branches through out the country. The examination fee for the Online application is same as mentioned in Para-5.1.1 above. Candidates after successfully submitting application online are required to take print out of the Application Form, paste his/her recent black & white photograph, put his/her signature at the required space, attach requisite certificates and send alongwith CSIR marked copy of fee deposited Bank Challan in an envelop to Sr. Controller of Examinations, Human Resource Development Group, Examination Unit, CSIR Complex, Library Avenue, Pusa, New Delhi-110012 so as to reach on or before 23.03.2010 (30.03.2010 for remote areas).


Online applications with out hard copy or bank challan receipt or incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected. Before applying Online, candidates are advised to go through detailed notification available at CSIR, HRDG website.


Examination fee paid along with the Information Bulletin or through Bank Challan for a particular examination will neither be adjusted for any subsequent examination nor refunded under any circumstances. Similarly, candidates should also check all the column of Bank Challan, online application, which are to be filled in properly to avoid cancellation of application, Please note that Fee submitted any other mode like money order, demand draft, IPO etc. will be summarily rejected.


IN ORDER TO AVOID LAST MINUTES RUSH, THE CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO APPLY EARLY ENOUGH. CSIR WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR NETWORK PROBLEM OR ANY OTHER SUCH TYPE OF PROBLEM.


5.3. CANDIDATE SEEKING FEE CONCESSION


The candidate should attach an attested copy of the his/her category certificate as a proof of his/her claim. An application form (either through Bank or online), claiming any concession in fee & education qualification but without an attested copy of a valid SC/ST/OBC(Non Creamy Layer)/PH/VHcertificate from a competent authority and in prescribed format, will be summarily rejected.


Candidate must note that CSIR follows only Central Govt. lists and not state Govt. lists. Similarly, candidate applying under physically handicapped (PH)/ visually handicapped (VH) category may note that Govt. of India rules will be applicable in this regard.

6. Candidates seeking admission to the Test must apply in the prescribed application form supplied along with the Information Bulletin for this test only. For candidates applying from Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of J&K State, Lahaul and Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshdweep, the application form must reach the Controller of Examination CSIR on or before 30.03.2010.


The candidates are advised in their own interest to apply early enough to ensure timely receipt of their applications by the Examination Unit on or before the closing date.

9. OTHER GENERAL INFORMATION:

(i) The candidates are advised to go through this notification and also terms & conditions given in Information Bulletin for this test. The candidate must satisfy themselves regarding their eligibility for this test before applying for this test.
(ii) Candidates must read the terms and conditions for CSIR /UGC Research Fellowships on the respective websites.
(iii) Candidates applying through O.M.R. Application form must use only the form supplied with Information Bulletin and purchased from any of the designated branches of the Bank listed in para 5.4 above. They should ensure that while selling the form,the bank has authenticated the form at reverse of the application form in space provided for this purpose. Application Form should be purchased from designated branches only and not from any other agency.
(iv) Candidates should follow the instruction for filling the O.M.R. Application. The duly completed application form must be sent under U.P.C. and apply early enough to ensure timely receipt of their applications by the Examination Unit on or before the closing date. The Certificate of Postage’ (proof of dispatch) may be preserved as acknowledgement.
(v) Candidate desirous of applying Online for this test will be required to deposit fee through Bank challan in any branch of Indian Bank and then apply at CSIR, HRDG website. After successfully submitting the application, candidates are required to take a printout on A4 size paper, affix photograph at designated space & sign across it, get endorsed by the HOD (for RA category only) and send it alongwith copy of Bank challan and other requisite enclosures, if any.
(vi) Candidates applying through Online application must note that mode of payment of fee is Bank challan from Indian Bank only. Fee submitted through any other mode viz.IPO,/demand draft/money order/ CRF stamp etc will not be accepted. Incomplete application or application submitted in any other format will be summarily rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
(vii) The eligible candidates, in their own interest, are advised to keep Certificate of Postage and photocopy of both sides of the completed Application Form and three identical copies of the passport size photographs which has been affixed on the Application Form.
(viii) Candidates willing to apply through online application should see detailed notification and Instruction for applying online at our website www.csirhrdg.res.in and apply early enough to avoid any last minute rush.
(ix) Candidates should ensure that the signatures appended by them in all the places viz. In their application form, Attendance Sheet etc. and in all the correspondence with the CSIR, should be identical and there should be no variation of any kind.

8. IMPORTANT POINTS:


1. While applying for this test, please ensure that you fulfill all the eligibility conditions and follow all the laid down procedures/guidelines for this test.
2. Purchase the Information Bulletin from the designated Bank branches early enough to avoid any last minute rush.
3. While applying Online, apply early enough to avoid any last minute rush
4. Ensure that completed application Hard Copy (in case of Online application) must reach to this office within stipulated last date for receipt.
5. List of candidates registered for this will be made available on our website tentatively on 14th May, 2010. The candidates must refer to our website for checking their registration in time & for having update from rime to time.
6. Admission Certificates to all the registered candidates will be dispatched three weeks before the test, if any candidate does not receive the same by 11th June, 2010, he/she must download duplicate Admission Certificate from our website. CSIR will not be responsible for any delay/non-receipt of the Admission certificate.
7. The Test Booklet for this test will be printed in Hindi & English Version separately. The candidate opting for Hindi medium in Column No. 5 of Application Form, will be supplied Question Booklet/Test Booklet printed in Hindi Version only and Candidate opting for English medium, will be supplied Question Booklet/Test Booklet printed in English Version only. The candidate will be required to answer as per option exercised in Column No.5 of application Form.
8. For applying under “RA” category, the candidate should either has appeared or is appearing in Final year(Last Semmester, where semester is there) of M.Sc. or equivalent Degree Examination during the Session 2009-1010. candidates by the CSIR.
(xii) Candidates should note that their candidature is strictly provisional till their joining. No candidate will be admitted to the Test unless he/she holds the admission Certificate to the Test. The mere fact that an Admission Certificate has been issued to a candidate will not imply that the Council has finally accepted his/her candidature.
(xiii) The candidate may please note candidates declared successful will be required to submit a copy of their Admit Card, matriculation certificate/mark sheet, M.Sc. or its equivalent degree certificate/mark sheet to Sr. Controller of Examinations, Examination Unit, Human Resource Development Group, CSIR Complex, Opposite Institute of Hotel Management, Library Avenue, Pusa, New Delhi 110012. No separate intimation letter will be issued to successful candidate.
(xiv) Candidates may note that the verification of essential eligibility conditions of a candidate with reference to the documents as may be called for, will be taken up only by the Lecturer appointing/JRF awarding authorities after the candidate has qualified in the Test. him/her for admission to the examination.
(xviii) A candidate who is found of guilty of impersonation or of submitting fabricated documents or documents which
have been tempered with or of making statements which are incorrect or false or of suppressing material
information or otherwise resorting to any other irregular or improper means for obtaining admission to the
examination, or of using or attempting to use unfair means or of misbehavior in the examination hall, may, in
addition to rendering himself liable to criminal prosecution:
(a) Be debarred by the CSIR from this test and future tests also.
(b) Will be liable to disciplinary action under the appropriate rules, if he/she is already in service under
Government/Autonomous Bodies/UGC/CSIR.
(xix) All disputes pertaining to the NET Examination shall fall within the jurisdiction of Delhi only.

(Agri) in Biotechnology from recognized Agricultural/Horticultural/Forestry Universities. 12. Rajendra Agricultural University, Bihar, Pusa (Samastipur): Biotechnology/Agricultural Horticulture. Candidates with Bachelor Degree in Biology (3 Years duration) will have to spend 3 years in M.Sc. programme.


Only those candidates who have passed the qualifying examinations in 2008 or thereafter including those who are appearing in 2010 are eligible to apply. In other words, those who have passed the qualifying examination PRIOR to 2008, are not eligible to apply.


3. MTech Biotechnology


MTech Biotechnology Programme at (1) Anna University, Chennai; (2) Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi, Kerala; & (3) West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata Eligibility: Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in any one: B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering/Biochemical Engineering, Industrial Biotechnology, Leather Technology, Chemistry/Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, B. Pharma, Chemical Technology, OR M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Biophysics, Microbial Genetics and Bioinformatics. (For Anna University: Candidates with B.Tech/B.E in Electrochemistry, Bioengineering and M.Sc. in Chemistry & Physics are also eligible. For West Bengal University of Technology : Candidates with M.Sc. in Bioengineering are also eligible. For Cochin University of Science and Technology: Candidates with M.Sc in Marine Biotechnology, Marine Biology/Aquatic Biology & Fisheries, Environmental Biotechnology are also eligible.).

Reservation/Concession:


a) Reservation: 15%, 7½% and 3% of seats shall be reserved for SC, ST and Physically Challenged (Handicapped) (PH) candidates respectively. All the SC/ST and PH candidates who have passed the qualifying examination are eligible to apply irrespective of their percentage of marks in the qualifying degree examination. OBC reservation, wherever applicable, will be implemented as per the policy of each participating University.


b) Concession for Kashmiri Migrants: 10% marks will be added to the overall marks scored by a Kashmiri Migrant candidate in the entrance examination. After adding 10% marks, in case he/she is covered in the cut-off point in the merit list, he/she will be offered admission strictly in accordance with his/her inter-se merit alongwith other candidates subject to his/her meeting the minimum prescribed eligibility requirements and also subject to his/her producing valid registration documents issued by the notified authorities certifying the candidate’s Kashmiri Migrant status.


Tuition Fee/ Scholarship:


Fee shall be charged from the admitted candidates as per the fee structure of the concerned University. Candidates selected for admission are generally eligible for scholarship at the rates prescribed by the Dept. of Biotechnology.


Procedure for getting the form :


By Post: To receive the Application Form by post candidates should send their request only to the Section Officer (Admissions), Room No. 28, Administrative Block, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi-110067, along with a Bank Draft (valid for six months) of Rs.260/-(for one set of Application Form and Prospectus). The Bank Draft should be drawn in favour of “Jawaharlal Nehru University” payable at New Delhi. The request should accompany a self-addressed unstamped envelope of the size of 30x25 cms. indicating clearly on the top of the self addressed envelope the programme for which Application Form is required, i.e., “M.Sc. Biotechnology” OR “M.Sc.(Agri.)/M.V.Sc. Biotechnology” OR “M.Tech. Biotechnology”.


In Person: Sets of Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained personally on cash payment of Rs.200/- per set from any of the participating University as shown above. Please do not send your request through private courier services..

(ii) Application Forms can be submitted by Registered Post to Section Officer (Admissions), Room No.28, Administrative Block, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi - 110067 and not to any other participating University or dropped in the Box in the Administrative Block of the University.
